Information
· Starting a ceramic custom project
with us: 
1.Send us your design drawings or samples for our quotation
and technical proposals, specifying:
1) Materials you need: porcelain, stoneware, ceramic, terracotta,
etc;
2) Dimensions on your drawings (top view, side view, front &
back view, bottom view, etc.);
3) Colors by using pantone numbers or color references;
4) Order quantity;
5) Other requirements;
The more information you offer us, the more precise we can meet
your demand.
2.Production of samples for approval:
During the products development stage, we'll keep you updated
with pictures by emails to get you involved in each of our sampling
processes, and will follow your comments to do the necessary improvement
jobs until you feel satisfied. Producing samples from sculpturing
job to finished pieces may generally require 1 - 2 weeks.
3.Approval of samples prior to manufacturing:
Once your order is placed, we'll set a schedule of production
and shipment to revert to you.
4.Manufacturing and delivery:
Manufacturing will be executed as per the time frame we set for
you and we will keep you updated with each of our production processes
proceeding, so that you'll have a clear idea about your order's
situation.
